Here at DrawerEssentials.com, we want to make the return process as easy and pain free as possible. We strive to provide 100% satisfaction on every customized order, but we understand that sometimes there are measuring mistakes.
If your insert is too tight to fit into your drawer, you can return your product within 30 days and we will either trim down or remake your purchase. You can exchange one order per household (no more than 3 inserts total). This policy covers orders up to $200.00 per customer and household only.
Return freight charges are free. Please contact us before shipping back to us.

What Is Covered
All of DrawerEssential.com products are covered against defects in materials and workmanship provided the product was installed properly and in accordance with the installation instructions. The limited lifetime warranty is extended to the original residential purchaser only in the original drawer which it was ordered for and installed. Wood grain colors may vary, and is not considered a defect.
For How Long
For most products the warranty coverage will be for as long as you the original buyer at retail owns the products. Any implied warranties which you may have are in duration to the time during which you, as the original buyer at retail own our products. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts. Please see individual product specifications for exact warranty information.
Who is Covered
This warranty extends only to you as the original purchaser, in a residential application.
What Will We Do
If your product is defective during the warranty period we will, at our option, either repair or replace, without charge, that defective product. This shall be your sole remedy under this warranty.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or any damage or loss caused by abuse or misuse or improper installation. Wood grain colors may vary, and is not considered a defect.
