At Drawer Essentials, we take pride in crafting high-quality, custom-made drawer inserts tailored to your specifications. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each order is made specifically for your drawer dimensions, ensuring a perfect fit when measured correctly.  If a measuring mistake occurs, we understand that errors can happen. To assist our customers, we are happy to offer a 50% discount on a new insert.

If you have a product that was damaged in shipping or has a manufacturer defect, please call us at 970-535-4979 or email us at orders@stvraindovetail.com so we can assist you with replacing your insert.

Lifetime Warranty

What Is Covered

All Drawer Essentials products are covered against defects in materials and workmanship, provided the product was installed properly and in accordance with the installation instructions. The limited lifetime warranty is extended to the original residential purchaser only for the original drawer in which it was ordered and installed. Wood grain colors may vary and are not considered a defect.

What Will We Do
If your product is found to be defective during the warranty period, we will, at our option, either repair or replace, without charge, the defective product. This shall be your sole remedy under this warranty.

What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or any damage or loss caused by abuse, misuse, or improper installation. Wood grain colors may vary and are not considered a defect.
